We want your shopping experience with us to be a pleasant one. Be assured that ALL items listed on KIOARI are brand new. Any "Refurbished" items will be clearly marked as such.
Ordering. All Orders will be processed and shipped within 72-hours of Order Confirmation and Payment Approval/Clearance.
Delivery. Delivery times will vary as Orders are shipped from various locations across the USA and in some cases abroad. Most USA - Mainland orders arrive within 7-business days. You will be provided Tracking Information, if available, once your Order has shipped.
International shipments are subject to Import Taxes, Duties and other charges imposed by their respective Governments. Please note that such charges are the responsibility of the Buyer. KIOARI assumes no liability for Orders once it leaves the USA.
Returns. In the unfortunate and unlikely event an item does not meet your expectations, we will be more than happy to make things right. Please contact us for return instructions. All Return Shipping will be the Buyer's responsibility. If a refund is requested, the original S&H will be deducted from amount refunded.
NO RETURN IS ACCEPTED ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS!!! All Sales are Final on Orders shipped outside of the USA.
